Hi Colin,

Yes, I intend to support the extender too and to add new features to the current version of the app.
In a few day, if current beta version will be stable enough, I will push it through Google Play.

Thank you,

Hi Dan
Just a thought...I know you can see it on the screen, but as you have a minimum SWR block already
Could a 2:1 bandwidth block be added, sort of like the manufactures specify (I think it 2:1 SWR the bandwidth is done at)
I still have to read up on this new toy so I can find resonance with it not lowest swr...

Hi Colin,

Yes, I can. I will do it in the next release together with some other features.
As soon as the application will be available in Play Store will be much easier to upgrade to new versions, which will follow.

Thank you for the idea.
Dan

Hi Dan

Downloaded v0.5.5 from the play store but now can not get the graph zoom and scroll to work.
Have reinstalled v0.5.1 which works fine.

UPDATE:
Installed on my Galaxy S2 and it worked OK so I did a fresh install on the Nexus 7 and this time it works fine.
Comment: Even with font size increased I found the floating grey box with various parameters - min swr etc - still a bit small. Gave the box a tap and wow the info comes up in large text. GREAT! What other surprises are there to find.
cheers, Alex

Hi Alex,

As stated in the latest version of the documentation, the version in Play Store is signed with a valid key, so you have to uninstall any previous version before installing this one.
Each of your findings are already explained in the manual, so no surprises at all (for the moment) ...:-)

I'm glad that is working for you now.
Can you please send me a screenshot with the Startup page and in Antenna mode to better see how the fonts look on your device?
I've seen some issues with Galaxy Note devices where you cannot increase the font size enough because of a very big displayed checkboxes.
I want to see if I can correct this in hardware.

Thank you,
Dan YO3GGX

Dan,

I fell for a Galaxy Note 10.1, for which Samsung has a special cashback deal for Christmas. I need to learn it all, but I have made some measurements with the miniVNA Pro hanging at the feed point of my Cushcraft R7. It looks impressive and congratulations for a great job done. I am not planning to use an Extender, since I am a straight HF ham. :D :D :D

Did you forget to call Activity. Loadlayout?

If I press Yes, then I come back, but no CAL is possible
If I press No, the aplikation close
