Re: Pocket RxTx v3.0 final is now available in Google Play Store

Hi Ruediger, Prolific drivers are not so easy to be installed on Windows 10. That Bluetooth module musy wotk with my application. Most probable is a Baudrate issue. You may program the Baurdate following the procedure described in the following document at page 4. https://www.yo3ggx.ro/btcat/FT8x7_D...

Re: BlueVNA version 2.0 is now available in Play Store

Hi Luc,

I will check this and if a bug, I will include a patch in the next release scheduled for the end of this month (support added for miniVNA Pro 2).

Re: Icom ic 7100

Hi Nicola,

Did you configured both ends (Pocket RxTx and jAReC) according to the user guides?
Yes, this feature is available in the free version too.

Re: Icom ic 7100

Hi Nicola, In v3 you can transfer the configuration file to a PC through jAReC and edit it there, then import it back to Pocket RxTx. In this way you can easily backup your own configs. This is explained in the application user guide for both Pocket RxTx and jAReC. Editing on the device is no more p...

Re: Icom ic 9700

Hi Nicola, You can learn how to use the application from the user guide available here: https://www.yo3ggx.ro/pocketrxtx/doc30/i.html You can connect to your transceiver over USB, network (through jAReC) or over Bluetooth. As IC9700 dedicated config is not yet available in the repository, you can st...

Re: Pocket RxTx v3.0 final is now available in Google Play Store

Hi Mike,

Unfortunately I didn't tested resolutions below 800x480. 320x240 is a very old one, not used anymore for more than 10 years.
Did you tried to use landscape mode when you enter the frequency?

Re: Full or Semi-Duplex Mode

Hi Michael,

I will put this feature on the wish list. I have still a lot of work to do on v4 to fully change the CAT engine in order to simplify the config file and for better performance. Unfortunately my daily job does not allow me to allocate enough time for the development.

Re: Full or Semi-Duplex Mode

Hi Michael, In this context by macros I understand a chain of several commands. In the current version, jAReC is just a pass-through between Pocket RxTx and the radio. In a future version (maybe even in 4.0) you will be able to create macros directly uin jAReC. You can create macros in Pocket RxTx. ...

Re: Full or Semi-Duplex Mode

Hi Michael, If SPLIT across two bands is not possible with your radio, I see no direct way to achieve this with the current version of the application. One possible workaround that comes to my mind (not tested) is to define frequency pairs and then associate macros with two option buttons. One for P...

Re: Full or Semi-Duplex Mode

Hi Michael,

Why don't you use SPLIT? You can set the offset through a CAT command and the RX frequency through the normal CMD_SET_FREQ command.
I'm missing something?
