Re: jarecmini on a raspberry

Hi Ken.

Please send me the version of your Raspbian OS (uname -a) and of java (java --version).
I cannot reproduce the errors on my Raspberry Pi 3A+ with the latest version of Raspbian Buster (kernel 4.19) and with openjdk-8-jre/stable 8u212-b01-1+rpi1 armhf

Re: Pocket RxTx v3.0 final is now available in Google Play Store

Hi Pat, Sorry for the late reply, but I'm in a very busy period with no time at all for the app development. To set bandwidth, the "SH" CAT command is used. https://www.yo3ggx.ro/forum/msgspics/shcmd.jpg Parameters depends on mode, as in the following table: https://www.yo3ggx.ro/forum/msgspics/bwta...

Hi Pat,

USER-L mode does not exist for FT950. For sure you are using the current config from the central repository?

Re: jarecmini on a raspberry

Hi Ken,

As stated in jAReC/jarecmini user guide, only java 8 is currently supported, even if for some users v11 may work too.
I'm not using Noobs, but direct install of Raspbian Buster Lite (no GUI) and then manually install only the required packages, including openjdk8.

Re: jarecmini on a raspberry

Hi Ken,

As I'm aware, you cannot share a serial port in Linux between 2 different applications, so is not very clear for me how can you connect with FLRIG and jarecmini in the same time. How is the radio connected to the Raspberry Pi for CAT?

Re: FT-891 Connection

Hi Dick,

As stated in my previous message, FT-891 DOES NOT PROVIDE AUDIO OVER USB!!!
The only wireless CAT connection I'm thinking on for this radio is the one already explained, through jarec.

Re: jarecmini on a raspberry

Hi Ken,

Ed prepared a new config which is now available in the central repository as the default one for IC746. Please reload the config and try again. We expect that you will see some progress.

Re: ICOM radios config files

Hi Nicola, Sorry that I've missed this post. You can try to limit the mic level from the radio menu or from the audio interface. On Android side there is no way to adjust it. If you have an updated config for IC7100 and you want to be published in the central repositoru with your callsign, just send...
